Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mirror ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Romvalor S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, European Union ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Mirror is provided as a personal commitment and self-improvement tool for individual use. You are responsible for the commitments you make and the actions you take in connection with the App. Mirror provides structure and reflection; it does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for such advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mirror for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to access its source code. You may not use the App to create a competing product or service.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, characters, artwork, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Romvalor S.R.L. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights. Any reflections, notes, or content you create within the App remain yours — we claim no rights over your content.

Purchases

Mirror is a one-time purchase. You pay once through Apple's App Store to unlock the App — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Apple, and your purchase is tied to your Apple ID.

Because Mirror is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to renew or cancel. If you reinstall the App or set up a new device, you can restore your purchase through the App Store at no additional cost.

Refunds

Since all payments are processed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mirror is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any outcomes, results, or damages arising from your use of the App or the commitments you undertake through it.

In no event shall Romvalor S.R.L. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

You may stop using Mirror at any time by deleting the App from your device. As Mirror is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Romania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the App.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Romvalor S.R.L. regarding the use of Mirror and supersede any prior agreements.
